How to reach us, sign in to your store, and connect or disconnect Nation in your AI assistant.

Email dk@withnation.ai. So we can help faster, include:
- The email address you sign in to Nation with.
- The name of the store the question is about.
- For a problem in an AI assistant: which assistant you used (for example ChatGPT or Claude), what you asked it, and roughly when.
Sign in to Nation
Sign in at app.withnation.ai/login with your email address. We email you a one-time code; enter it to open your account. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder or email us.
Connect Nation to ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant
- Add Nation in your assistant’s apps or connectors. If your assistant asks for a server URL, use https://mcp.withnation.ai/mcp.
- Your assistant opens app.withnation.ai/mcp-auth. Sign in to Nation.
- Choose the store the assistant may work with, and select Connect.
- Nation creates a dedicated key for that store, named “<App> (MCP)”, and you return to your assistant.

What the assistant can do
The assistant can read your store and, when you ask, make changes in it. Each tool is marked as read-only or not, and as destructive or not, so the assistant can ask for your confirmation before it changes or deletes anything. Changes it makes are saved in your store like any other change.
Nation logs each tool call (the tool, its inputs and the result status) so we can help if something goes wrong. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect an AI assistant
- Sign in at app.withnation.ai/login.
- Open Settings → Developer.
- Revoke the key named “<App> (MCP)” for the assistant you want to disconnect.
The connection stops working immediately. If you use Nation in that assistant again, it asks you to connect again. You can also remove Nation in the assistant’s own settings.
Privacy and account requests
To access, export, correct or delete your data, email dk@withnation.ai with the subject “Privacy Request”. How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using Nation are in our Terms of Service.
Bought from a store on Nation?
Each store on Nation is run by its own merchant, who handles orders, shipping, returns and refunds. Contact the store first; its contact details are on its website.
